The dark side looms in India over coal | The National

The dark side looms in India over coal | The National.  This is also no good because a large part of their industry relies on coal – the biggest contributor to the recent growth in GDP and PDI is in the technology sector, specifically IT – requiring a large amount of electricity to operate.  They also have found the metals industry effected by the blackouts and energy shortages.  It isn’t easy to just say that electricity has to remain for the business sector only and then lock the residential sector out of it, that could harm the economy more.  It’s a tough situation!

Adventures by Disney at Wyndham

So here is something that I found out while studying for an interview, using what I already know about the industry!  Who would love to take a guided adventure, ANYWHERE, through jungles and desserts and any type of place?  Disney offers this option!  They even require the people they hire for the department to be flexible to travel often, during certain seasons, speak multiple languages, and be ready on a whim (so to speak), here it is|G|4146700.AD.AM.01.01&keyword_id=sWO1fnuFz|adventuresbydisney|33024970138|b|15408ec9304

Whats really interesting is that Wyndham offers this program through its exchange program on it’s timeshares, not RCI, which is very popular among-st timeshare rewards owners, but rather through a unique program that they have called Royal Heritage Collections, and then Adventures by Disney is actually a Partner organization in that exchange program.  this might explain why the reviews say that it is much easier to get into the Disney Resorts through RCI and Wyndham than through II and Westgate.

However, a lot of people are just interested in tickets to the Disney Parks; in that regard both companies (or all four rather) offer vacation packages that include Disney Tickets, matter of fact Westgate sometimes offers promotions for free Disney tickets if guests are willing to sit for a preview.  They say its an hour long, but it usually runs to like three hours, after the lobby waiting period.  I’ve never tried it, so I don’t know how well the tickets work, but I’ve had reviews that say they don’t there’s something wrong with the tickets they give out.  However, I think I’ve seen a few that say they work, so its a 50/50 there.  Its probably better to buy the package then to come in as a guest that gets a gift.  At least if you buy the package that is supposed to have the tickets, they have to require that the tickets work before they can try to charge more for not making the preview.  That’s just basic consumer law.

LOL; my friend has been working for that company for so long that the only way he knows how to show his youthful excitement is to offer you access to the resort!   Take advantage of it while you can though, because its in his subconscious that the youthful excitement only lasts INITIALLY!  As long as your complying, what interesting stuff.  However, there are benefits, I can get AWESOME pictures now!  Westgate has security guards 24/7 and you have to have an owners VIP card to access the amenities or a guest VIP card that you purchase at the front desk when you come in.  Disney’s Boardwalk is a little bit differently, they basically allow access to everyone as long as your seriously considering staying at the resort or you go in via Marketplace.  To them, if someone attends teh stuff that charges a fee, then they are best to let them in anyway.  That way they can get sales from people who are staying at the resorts, but guests as well.  Any sale is a good sale, right?

But for those that like adventure, unfortunately that benefit isn’t offered through Wetgate or their affiliate II, and also they don’t have real access to the Disney Resorts because Wyndham is in partnership with Disney is seems 🙂  They do have a Disney center on campus and a bus that will take you there, Seaworld or Universal though!  As many places do in the area.

My Wish List for Apple’s HealthKit Initiative

The health app would be awesome if it tookt eh ehalth records over the years and then combined them with information like diets, exercise, activites and other things throughout the daily life. So when someone records that this day they had 1/2 pack of ciggarettes, a couple beers, some pizza and went to the downtown industrial center to see a safety and health exhibit,or went to the drag race championships, the app will pull up a stress alert and request some sort of anti-stress diet and activity and ask that you go the the doctor for a physical to ensure there are no signs of cancer, bringing up any data from the past that could compound that risk. Then users of the app could have to opportunity to click into links that would describe the different components of the risk and what makes them so risky.

The cHealth Blog

It’s impossible to give an educated opinion because all we’ve seen so far are some hints at what the software will do. We have no idea what the hardware play will be and we don’t yet know all of the planned software capabilities. However, there are some things I believe we can count on.

Apple has an amazing track record of creating superbly designed, intuitive software and beautiful, flawlessly integrated hardware.  By contrast, virtually all software created for health care users (providers, patients and administrators) is poorly designed.  If Apple offers some breathtaking software and very sexy hardware to help us stay healthier, it could make a difference, or at least point the way for others as the iPod and iPhone did.

Also, hats off to Epic and Mayo Clinic for showing us the way on the integration of patient-generated data into the electronic health record.  If the platform gets…

Digging for Data, Finding Evidence in Third-Party Applications

Digging for Data, Finding Evidence in Third-Party Applications.      While smartphone forensics has vastly improved over the years, third-party apps are making it increasingly difficult for investigators to find data. As a result, valuable evidence is being overlooked.

Superconducting secrets solved after 30 years.     Superconducting secrets solved after 30 years;  So its like the electron fields are using the electron spin and arranging in a manner so that they are sharing same spin quadrants in rows and bonding tightly in opposing spin quadrants in columns.  Basically, its about learning what materials can arrange that way and whats cuasing this relationship between spins, and what cuasing it so strongly, which this article claims thats been discovered, becuase the end material is a cross between two others showing these characteristics, AWESOME!
